Mandatory or optional nature of the information provided by the user
By checking the appropriate boxes and entering data in fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the forms, USERS expressly and freely agree that their data are necessary to fulfill their request. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the RESPONSIBLE are truthful and commits to notifying any changes.
The RESPONSIBLE informs that all the requested data are mandatory to ensure optimal service. If all data are not provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services provided will fully meet the USER's needs.
