Located in the heart of Portixol — a former fishing village — this boutique townhouse is part of an exclusive contemporary residential development that blends traditional and modern Mediterranean architecture.

For this home, we created an interior design concept focused on calm, natural light, and a strong connection to the surroundings. A soft palette and natural materials such as wood, linen, and handcrafted ceramics bring warmth and texture without overwhelming the space.

Each room was designed to reflect the island’s slow rhythm — from the living area that opens onto a private terrace to the bedroom gently lit by the evening sun. On the rooftop, a private pool along with dining and lounge areas surrounded by greenery transforms the space into an ideal spot to unwind under the Mallorcan sky.

The selection of furniture and objects finds harmony between simplicity, functionality, and timeless beauty.
